Victus Vandals!  We are proud to say we are working together with the best bat Manufacture in the Game.  Like Victus, our Vandals program started in Soutthern NJ and continues.  Vandals Baseball Teams are travel baseball teams designed to give advanced players a chance to improve their baseball skills and play in elite travel baseball tournaments locally and nationally. The Vandals have professional instructors to give players the baseball skills and knowledge to make their high school and middle school teams as well as expose players to college scouts for the purpose of playing college baseball.

OUR Mission is Simple:

1.  Prepare the players to be impact players at their High Schools/Middle Schools & introduce them to the skills & mindset needed to play baseball at a higher level. 

2.  Emphasize and promote:  Accountability, Communication, Dedication

3.  Develop athletes on the fields and young men off the field.

• Provide an elite travel baseball experience for all of our players and families
• Provide Premium and Professional coaching and training
• Provide College and Professional EXPOSURE to all players with tournament play, showcases, show camps & combines
• Provide College Marketing Services for all of our College Prep/Showcase Players and families. Including; online marketing, video marketing, college advisory seminars, player evaluations and much more!

Our goal in training isn’t to pack in as many players as possible into a session (some organizations put up to 40 kids per session); our goal is to keep the player to instructor ratios low, either 3-1 or maximum 5-1 to maximize the learning experience. The training, clinics, and camps offered are run by professionals. We work with the top trainers/coaches/instructors in the area to train our players and we offer instruction all winter long with hitting, pitching, speed and agility, arm strengthening. Train all winter and then don’t miss a beat when the same trainers/instructors can be on-field in a full team workout situation.

• All players are committed to the Victus Vandals Travel Baseball for the duration of the teams season. 

• All Victus Vandals Travel Baseball players and parents will refrain from unsportsmanlike conduct

• All players and parents will show respect to all coaches, umpires and opposing coaches

• No player shall throw his helmet, bat, glove or any object on or off the field. Disciplinary action can and will be taken for such actions

• Victus Vandals Travel Baseball reserves the right to release any player from the team for poor sportsmanship, lack of cooperation, poor attitude, lack of commitment, effort or attendance by either the player or players family

• Accept the coaches decision on playing time and positions. There are no playing time or position guarantees

• Parents must refrain from coaching from the stands. Allow the coaches to manage the team and game

• Parents must never enter the dugout during or after a game except when asked by the coaching staff

• Reminder: Children are involved in youth sports for their enjoyment

• Understand and acknowledge that all fees and payments are non-refundable. If a player is dismissed or voluntarily leaves Victus Vandals Travel Baseball there is no entitlement to any refund and all monies are forfeited

Victus Vandals are striving to be one of the most successful travel baseball organizations on the East Coast. We take pride in working hard in creating our own brand of baseball with a loyal base of players and families that share the same goals. Working hard to accomplish goals at a respectable cost so that everyone has the opportunity to participate. Creating our own baseball “family” where all players can have fun, learn from the top instructors in the area, play quality baseball at top venues, achieve educational along with baseball oriented goals, grow life long friendships with teammate’s from all across the area, and grow as players and as a person.
